Welcome to Villa Riviera, your ideal getaway for family and friends in the heart of Oberoi, Seminyak’s most exclusive area. Nestled within a lush tropical garden, our property harmoniously blends traditional Indonesian craftsmanship with modern comforts and an elegant decoration, offering ample spaces for relaxation and enjoyment.
The Joglo, our main building, is a stunning 150-year-old teak wood structure imported from Java showcasing remarkable carvings. It overlooks two charming and spacious bungalows with a roof crafted in sirap. On the first floor of a contemporary independent unit, a large balcony provides unobstructed views of the entire property.
At the center of the villa lies a private swimming pool measuring 4 x 14 meters, adorned with beautiful green Javanese stones and boasting a shallow area all around designed for kids to play.
The living area—comprising a lounge, dining space, kitchen, and TV area—opens seamlessly to the garden and pool, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Explore Villa Riviera Seminyak
Each of our six bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning, a desk and an ensuite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are located in the main Joglo, two others are lodged the bungalows while the two others are in the contemporary independent unit—one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, stove, blender, toaster, coffee machine and plenty of utensils.
An outdoor shower is also available and plenty of space to chill in the garden, on the balcony or on the deckings.
Villa Riviera can accommodate a maximum of 18 guests.

Villa Cyan is located 12 km from Bali’s international airport, I Gusti Ngurah Rai. Our villa manager can arrange your airport or hotel pick-up at your expense.
Check-in time is at 14:00. If you arrive earlier, you’re welcome to drop off your luggage and explore the area while you wait. Early check-in may be accommodated based on availability but is not guaranteed.
Check-out time is at 11:00 at the latest. Late check-out may be available for an extra charge. For late check-outs between 11:00 and 15:00, a fee of 70% of the daily villa rate will apply. Check-outs after 15:00 will incur the full nightly rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out, please contact your villa manager.
Housekeeping is provided daily.
To conserve water, bathroom and pool towels are changed every three days. On day three, please leave used towels on the floor for collection. Towels left hanging will be considered clean.
Breakfast is not included. Contact us for more details about breakfast options available at the villa.
Your villa manager can help you organize meals at the villa. Roasted Chicken, Baby Gulin, Indonesian menu, Vegetarian menu, Bbq mix … plenty of yummy options are available.

I had requested an early check-in, and the day before our arrival, I received a message confirming that this was possible because the villa had not been booked the previous night. We arrived at noon and were warmly welcomed with a drink and an introduction to how everything worked.
The villa was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect—within walking distance of Jalan Kayu Aya, and the beach is just around the corner. The pool was delightful and well-maintained throughout our stay, as was the garden, which was kept tidy and well-groomed. The villa can be cleaned daily if you wish, but we opted for every other day because we didn’t feel it was necessary to clean every day and wanted a bit more privacy. The housekeeping staff is fantastic—hardworking and very friendly—and the villa manager, Kadek, was always available to assist us.
